Hi everyone.
Our team has just recently launched our LMS and have started sending out emails from the platform, for course completion reminders. However, people thought it was spam, with how basic the email composer is, where I at least, can't add our company signature. Do you know of a setting in Docebo that I can configure to add a default signature or any work around?

I give you everything - just gotta change a few particulars for your platform and desired look.

+3Yes, you can personalize the notifications sent out of Docebo. We have multiple notifications that we use. If you go under Admin Menu > Notifications > Manage, you can go in and choose email. I recommend writing it up in Word and then pasting in. There are some good KB articles to help as well. I’d love to help; however, I’m going on vacation and won’t return until next week. I’m sure someone in this group can give you direction.

We do use the automations in Admin Menu > Notifications > Manage. Its just that email notifications looks so basic with just text. Ill read a few articles in the KB! Thanks

Sorry, just the regular company email signature from Outlook for example-- logo, name, title, address, etc.
