Yes, you can personalize the notifications sent out of Docebo. We have multiple notifications that we use. If you go under Admin Menu > Notifications > Manage, you can go in and choose email. I recommend writing it up in Word and then pasting in. There are some good KB articles to help as well. I’d love to help; however, I’m going on vacation and won’t return until next week. I’m sure someone in this group can give you direction.

We use a basic template provided in some of the notifications and have augmented them with our logo, colours and of course customized text. If you know HTML you can do a lot with these...Do you have some thing to show of what you’d like the end results to look like?

I give you everything - just gotta change a few particulars for your platform and desired look.

We do use the automations in Admin Menu > Notifications > Manage. Its just that email notifications looks so basic with just text. Ill read a few articles in the KB! Thanks

Sorry, just the regular company email signature from Outlook for example-- logo, name, title, address, etc.
