Hi Everyone,

We have the Docebo Application embedded in our Salesforce CRM. A very high level overview:

  • We have 2 main audiences
    • The first audience (customer), access our platform via the Salesforce Community site, where Docebo is embedded. These user records are added a list view that we have setup to sync to Docebo, twice a day.
    • The second audience (employees), access Docebo directly via SSO (not through Salesforce and are manually uploaded via .CSV bi-weekly.
      • Though many of these users have Salesforce Licenses and work directly with the customers so they log into the Salesforce Community frequently.
  • Issue: The Second audience (employees), who are not provisioned by Salesforce and are condition out of the user list that is set up in Salesforce to sync to Docebo, are removed from the Employee branch we have set up in Docebo into the Salesforce branch when they access the Salesforce Community site. If they were also a Power User, their access is stripped and their level is downgraded to user. We also have experienced usernames being updated on this audience with a SFIDC/ from Salesforce, when again, the user record is being condition out of the user list that is setup to sync to Docebo.
    • This causes this audience to lose access to their employee page (based on branch), and lose their power user access so they are constantly requesting their access being reinstated via cases and we all know how many steps that is to assign PU access.
    • The updated usernames causes many addition issues to include duplicate users and incorrect enrollments.

Does anyone have this set up and experienced any of these issues? Have you been able to identify why this is happening?

Thank you,

Courtney
