Hi,

I am trying to create a Calendar with company events that lives on our Docebo homepage. Do you know how I can add customized company events and links to those events in My Calendar?

Hi @Joy Gross are you creating these events as courses? Only scheduled sessions appear in the calendar...you cannot add external events that are not part of courses. You can create a session with custom link to your events if they occur outside the your normal scheduling process in the LMS. Use the “Custom Tool” option when you create the sessions.

When you say use the “Custom tool” option, where is that located? I just created a course with the title of an event to add to the calendar, but I don’t see Custom tool?


you need to create an ILT course and the create a session...when you add the event to the session, choose the Video Conferencing option and you will be able to add your custom link there.
