ILT Event notification

Good morning all,in our ILT courses, we have multiple events inside one session and we’d like to set up a notification before the start of every event. The problem is that notifications are set to be sent before the start of the session. I was wondering if someone of you had the same issue and how you solved it. I don’t think it’s possible to use a webhook because there’s no event which may trigger the webhook.Any advice?Elisa

Course Management Filters and Select All Issue

Hi,I’m going thru and cleaning up some enrollments for some of our product training for a specific population. We’re moving away from auto-enrollments and want to remove “not started” enrollments from users. I can search for a specific course under course management, go to the enrollments tab, and filter by 1) “enrolled” status and 2) the group that contains the specific population. I then check the box at the top of the resulting list which displays the “Select All” link at the bottom. Upon clicking “Select All” it selects the total number of enrolled users, dropping the “group” filter criteria. See screenshot below. You can see the there are 3426 in my filter criteria, but when selecting all it selects 3484 records. I was able to unenroll all courses with under 100 “enrolled” records, but have a handful with 1K-41K I can’t bulk unenroll using this method due to the filter issue.I’ll proceed using the “Manage Enrollments via CSV” tool. Is there a good way to see which of my 600 companies have or don't have logins?

Use case: I have 600 companies, each as a branch. A bunch of companies SHOULD have logged in by now and have not. I want a smarter/faster way to hunt these companies down and offer enablement calls/zooms. Is there a smart way to see which branches HAVE logins (eg any user has logged in) and which do not? Number of logins would be even better. I did this before with admin dashboard, but admin dashboard is glitched when you have 600 branches and 150,000 users, and has not yet been fixed by Docebo 1 month later. Not mad (well maybe a little), just explaining why I’m not using the admin dashboard for this. It works, it just takes 15 minutes to pull up each page.

I can already see top line numbers for each course, but I want to get a deeper dive by branch/user. My custom reports functionality is erroring out, so is there a basic version that will deliver the data? Thanks.

Assessment Images Error

Hello Docebo Community,Our team encountered an unexpected issue this morning and we were wondering if anyone has seen this before and / or if anyone has any idea as to root cause. As you’ll see in the screenshot below, the image associated with the question is presenting an error to the user. We were able to verify it is not a local issue and is experienced by multiple users.We are attempting to re-upload / re-apply the images to correct the problem for now. Thanks ahead of time for any help or insight you can provide!

Notification Layouts

When creating custom notifications, I have come across a bit of a head-scratcher - so just wondering if anyone else has found this or knows what to do about it:At the top of my notifications, I put our company logo, centred to the top of the email.When the email comes in to my Gmail, or other accounts, it appears correctly.However, when the email comes in to Outlook, all the formatting for the logo are ignored and it just left justifies.Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?Thank you

Teams Organizers

The Teams helpfile states that "Only the account that is paired with the Docebo - Microsoft Teams integration can be the organizer of an event."We’re currently in soft launch testing, and as the primary account Admin, I’m currently the only person who is able to manage breakout rooms in Teams and receive the post-event attendance rosters.This is unmanageable in a company of our size. We need trainers to be able to use breakout rooms and track attendance for their events, and we have a lot of them.Is there any way for Instructors to gain access to the organizer functionality without being the paired integration organizer as stated in the documentation? Has anyone found a workaround using the native Teams integration? The only solution we’ve able to come up with is to select Custom Tool in the Video Conference settings instead, and paste the link to the Teams meeting. However we lose benefits of Teams integration - mainly the ability to track Teams events inside Docebo.How are you using

Certificates for certifications having wrong expiration date

I have a client who had an issue with Certificates/Certification and expiration dates. They have courses that are set to have both and the certifications are yearly. Last year there was a date issue where the wrong dates were on the certificates associated to the courses. This was a bug that was fixed by Docebo. Now 99% of them have worked but recently they had a group that renewed their certifications, but when they downloaded their certificates they had the old expiry date on them not the new date. It was only 1 set of 7 people on the 16th, not all people on the 16th experienced this, no others before or since have experienced this (since the bug fix). The client went in and manually re-issued to get the right dates so I can’t see the error any more (have the certificate with the old date from an attachment so it is real). I also cannot seem to replicate the issue in my test system.Has anyone else had an issue with wrong expiration dates on certificates issued in relation to certific

Rainbow Secure SSO Help

Does anyone have experience with using Rainbow Secure SSO? We can’t figure out why some of our users are able to sign in once through our portal and then click the button to our LMS and it automatically logs them in to the LMS. While other users are required to enter their password again but when they enter their password on the LMS side, it is not recognized.

List length controls?

Is there any way to allow Docebo to “show all” or at least show a specific number of returns in generated lists, such as Learning Plans, Notifications, Registrants, etc? It’s really annoying to have to scroll through 6 “pages” to see all 53 course registrants. Thanks!

Payment set up question

I set up an exam with a fee. The test taker fails the exam, and she/he wants to retake it by making the payment again. The course page stays on the test report and her status stays in-progress. How can we automate the process that she can find the “add to cart” button after failing the test?

Multiple Answer Scoring

I have a multipole choice question with 3 possible answers. All of the answers are correct. I want to setup this question so that if they select number 1, 2 and 3 or any combination i.e. 2,3 or just 1 that that it scores the question as correct. However, I only want 1 point for the total score.

Managing scores for multiple choice questions

When creating a multiple choice question in a test, how do you prefer to assign a score for each answer option? Typically, we believe the learner should select all the correct answer(s) to earn a total score of 1 point for that question. So we’d use the option “Same score for each question (total score divided by displayed number of questions)” in the Score Management section of the test. For example, we have a test of 10 questions with a combination of single and multiple questions, but each one is worth 1 point. However, this option becomes disabled if we wish to choose questions from the Question Bank. We’re forced to manually input a score for each answer option of question which can throw off the total score for that question. For example, if we have a multiple choice with 3 correct answers out of 4 answer options, then we have to calculate each correct answer with a score of 0.3333 for a total of 0.999. We can never get that whole number. Has anyone here faced this challenge and

Show a description for a course instead of "Start Learning Now"

When a user opens a course they see the following screen. The biggest area of the screen is the big white box with a “START LEARNING NOW” button in the middle. Is there a way to make better use of this part of the screen? Ideally we would like to have a description of the course in this big white box.

Email address changes and avoiding user record duplication...

Hi all,We are nearing launch with the Docebo platform, currently we will manage our user records via CSV upload from our Workday system → Docebo. This is a daily upload managed via the automation app.I was planning to use employee ID number as our unique identifier/username, but I.T. have advised that because of how our SSO is configured, we need to use email address or the SSO won’t work.We regularly encounter email address changes as users move department, role, business area etc., many of our different areas have unique @ handles. My concern is that this will end up creating duplicate records because the system thinks that it’s a new user...is this correct?If so, is there any way to prevent this from happening? and if not, would anyone be able to share the best recommended course of action for managing this effectively, I can see it becoming quite time-consuming to go through and compare/merge user records every time this happens!Appreciate your help,Rob

I set 2 attempts max for the exam, but after the first attempt, it shows "maximum attempt reached"

If I failed the exam for the first time, but I don’t see anywhere I can take the exam for the second attempt. On my score page it shows ‘maximum attempts reached’ after my first try. Is there anything I didn’t set it correctly?

Updating questions and reporting on them

We have ~22 exams that we use as prereqs for advanced level courses across 19 products. The exams are only good for 1 calendar year. We do not use the in system certification functionality. The exam (elarning course shell with a test) serves this purpose. In our previous system we would report on each of the questions to determine the percentage of time the question was answered correctly. If it was a low percentage then we’d look at the question to make sure it wasn’t poorly worded or make sure the content wasn’t removed from the courses leading up to it. I have two questions I’m looking for help with: Does anyone else report on your questions to determine the pass rate on the individual question, or have any suggestions on accomplishing this? What have you found to be the easiest/best way to update questions in the question bank before added them to a new exam?

Random Coupon Code Generator

Hello!We are trying to figure out a way that we can have external users (wholesalers) access Docebo, take some courses, and at the end of thier learning path, it unlocks a code that can be used for a discount at a seperate e-comm site. We can’t figure out a creative way to have some automation in place where we would be able to connect user completion of the learning path to unlocking a randomly generated code. Has anyone run into something like this?
