Enrollment rules dates, unexpected results

Here’s the setup:I have a learning plan with a single course in it.There are no days of validity settings in the learning plan.There are no days of validity settings in the course.I have an enrollment rule mapped to the learning plan and enrollment days of validity in the enrollment rule. If I enroll a user (chrometester) through the enrollment rule, for that user, at the course level, it attaches start and end days of validity. It also has start and end days of validity at the learning plan level.If I enroll a user (firefoxtester) manually into the learning plan and select enrollment days of validity through that screenflow there is no course level enrollment day of validity set. There is only learning plan level days of validity.Here is a screenshot of the end result at the course level. So, my question is. Why do I get different results? Shouldn’t the enrollment rule mimic the manual process? I have asked support to take a look, but I don’t have an answer yet. I honestly prefer the

Delete Certificates completely from Users' personal summary record

In our department, we often encounter situations where we need to remove a certificate from a learner's training record. It's a straightforward task, or so we thought. Deleting the certificate from the Certificate Template page might seem like the logical solution, but here's the catch: even after deletion, the certificate stubbornly persists in the User Personal Summary page for the learner. It's like trying to erase a mark on a whiteboard, only to find it faintly visible under the surface. 🤔Unfortunately, there's no direct method to completely expunge the certificate without resorting to drastic measures. One option suggested by a Docebo support agent is to unenroll the learner, effectively wiping out their entire training history in the process. It's like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut – overly destructive and far from ideal. 😖

Enrollment Rule Affecting Validity Dates @ Learning Plan Level

We have a learning plan called “CFCS Certification [Self-Study]” it has a validity date set for 365 days, and we use an enrollment rule to enroll learners in the learning plan. Up until this latest release, it set the validity dates correctly for the learners that were enrolled based on the enrollment rule. Now, it is enrolling the user, but not setting the validity date - start and end of validity. Is this a known issue. If so, is there a resolution.

Attendance vs. Course Complete

I am manually adding users completion of a session. Once I mark them as in attendance is there anyway to make it where it automatically marks the course as completed? Or must I manually mark them in attendance then manually mark them as course complete? All of my ILT in course management only require the employee to attend one single session.

After I am manually changing everyone's course to complete, their progress is still showing as 0%. Is this just because its calculating assignments with the course? Is there a way to maybe hide progress %?

Annual Training

I have created many various courses that must be repeated annually by all of our employees. I've already had them complete and have marked their attendance and have completed said course. When looking at the course management screen it still shows XX amount of employees as original. How is the right way to set this up to track year after year attendance for employees?When they attend a session should I keep them as enrolled or change as complete?

Ending training at midnight

I am working on creating sessions for an upcoming training for our night shift. When I try to end a session at midnight 24:00 or 00:00 I get an error message saying the end time must be greater than the start time if using 00:00 and enter a value between 0-23. I know I could just end the training at 23:59 but I need it to be accurate.

"Contact Evaluator" Button

When a learner completes an assignment for evaluation, they are able to see the score and any comments by the evaluator. The learner then has the option to reply or “Contact Evaluator,” which opens an email to contact the evaluator.Two questions about this:1) Does anyone know how to turn that option off?2) Where can one access the comments a learner send back to the evaluator? We have tested and could not find it anywhere. Thanks!

Has anyone else had login issues using mobile device in Google Chrome?

When a user launches Google Chrome on their mobile device to log on our Docebo platform, a pop up appears (see screen print below) to have the user download Go.Learn app. However, when the user presses on Not Now. Nothing happens. Do you know how to get pass this so the user can sign in on their mobile device using Google Chrome and not have to download the Go.Learn app? It use to work, but now it is not working correctly.

Has anyone else noticed the new session enrollment link overrides the enrollment deadlines?

We are testing the new session enrollment link and have discovered that the link overrides the enrollment deadline whether it is dynamic or fixed.This essentially renders the link unusable unless you can enroll learners right up to the minute the class starts which we cannot.

Learner Submitted Assignment Notification email not sending

I have a notification set up to let our faculty know when a learner has submitted an essay using the assignment in a course. I’d like it to send as an email, but that is not working. The notification is firing and sending successfully to the notifications page in the LMS, just not sending the email.I have other notifications successfully sending emails to the same email addresses (enrollment, reports, etc). It is only this one notification type where the email is not sending.I have tried recreating the notification, tried the same notification in a different test course, tried different email addresses. I’m looking for any suggestions of other things to try that I haven’t yet before I submit a support ticket.

Best way to manage notification audience for onboarding?

Hello! Our team currently uses a single notification (Digest: Learner has yet to complete the course) to send weekly course reminders to employees to complete certain onboarding and compliance courses. The notification includes all our required courses and is assigned to a group that includes all employees. When a new employee joins, they are automatically enrolled in the necessary onboarding and compliance courses and receive notifications accordingly. It’s a simple setup that works great 95% of the time. One challenge we’ve encountered is that, on occasion, tenured employees open the onboarding program and receive notifications to complete it. This results in us having to either 1) mark them complete for each onboarding course or 2) unenroll them from the onboarding course. Of course, with option 2, there is the risk they reenroll and trigger notifications again. What is the optimal solution to stop tenured employees from getting notifications? User personal summary - User Status is different between courses and ILT

HiCan anyone advise why the USER STATUS (Courses) and STATUS (ILT), show a different wording for the same enrolment? Is there a way to unify these? For example, if a user is enrolled onto an ILT, that has not yet taken place, the Courses area will show this as ‘IN PROGRESS’, whereas the ILT area show’s it as ‘ ENROLLED’. What is most concerning is that if the user is enrolled onto a waiting list for an ILT course, only the ILT area will correctly show as ‘WATIING LIST’. The courses area shows as ‘IN PROGRESS’ which is very misleading to the end user. We have created notifications to make a user's status clear to the learner. Thanks in advance!Kate

Automatic Prompt (Direct Manager) Delay?

Hello!I’m unsure if this is possible at all, but wanted to ask if anyone’s achieved it.Our new hires aren’t assigned a Direct Manager until 2 weeks into their hiring date. We love the pop up that prompts them to add their own manager (we are completely non-automated at this time) but after 2 weeks of saying “ignore” it’s difficult to encourage them to select it correctly. It would be better if we could delay it 2 weeks after they first create their account.Any magic that could make this happen?

Refining search results

Is it possible to refine search results by using search operators - for example, to exclude words or terms that you don’t want to be included in a search result? To illustrate this, I might want to search for “Excel”, but exclude anything with “Excellent” in the title or description. I’ve been able to use quotation marks to specify a particular phrase, but other operators such as the minus sign and AND and OR haven’t worked for me. I’d appreciate any suggestions.

Can I pause a notification?

Hello all. I have regular ILTs scheduled for the last Tuesday and the last Thursday of the month, with notifications going out at the intervals of 1 week, 4 days, 1 day & 1 hour. However, because of Christmas in December, I have scheduled the meetings a week early.My question is: Can I pause the notifications? I have set new notifications for the new day and time, but I don’t want them to get the regular notification the next week. Can I pause or do I need to unenroll everyone from the notification and then re-enroll them in January?Warm regards, Cindy

Notifications filters - which group or branch is selected

This enhancement request may already exist, but I didn’t see it.Under Notifications, once you select your desired group and/or branch, when you need to circle back to it, you can’t easily tell the name of your selection without search guessing or clicking through the pages to find your selections. It should be setup to allow the admin can see the selection on the main page with an option to add / select others to the list.
