I want to Disable cost center and department prompt when registering for a course- When any of our learners try to enroll for a course they are prompted with these additional fields as follows and we want to disable them-Can you suggest how to disable them as this is not required and somebody by mistake has initiated this process?

Hello - Is there a way for customers without accounts take/access a course in the platform. We plan to use the platform for customers to take a quiz or survey, but they don’t basically need to have an account since it’s going to be a one-time activity only. We provide the link, and they take the course. Any idea how can we achieve this or is this even possible? Thank you!

Hi all,Does anyone know how to stop the following password field being auto filled when editing multiple users? The only way I can do it at the moment is by opening an incognito window. 

Question for the group.. if I set up an enrollment rule of group X to be assigned  Y learning plan, if users are in the group X and already assigned Y learning plan, they won’t see any change correct? Only as new users are added to the system and subsequently added to group X they will be assigned the learning plan? Thanks!

Is it possible to create a coupon that expires based on the coupon amount? For example, a coupon is created for $10,000 for a specific customer. The customer’s employees can enroll in courses using that coupon until the $10,000 limit is reached?Thank you.

One of our team members use the native screen recording function in Docebo. He made a few edits to it an saved it. Now he has a few more edits he wants to make to it (add a voiceover and take out a short section that ended up not being needed) and we cannot figure out how to access the video in order to make additional edits. It should be noted this has not been added to any courses yet, just the Central Repository. Help!

Hi everyone, In the Short Description box in the Learning Plan section, is this for me to take in-house notes about this Learning Plan? Or, is this something that participants will see somewhere along their learning journey?-Nicole  

Currently, when expired users try to log in, the error message they receive is “Error - Sign in not possible. Wrong credentials provided. Check them and try again.”This leads to a very poor customer experience, because they then try to reset their password, and double-check their email, and the user spends several minutes trying to figure out why they can’t log in, before they email an admin in frustration. Then, an admin has to waste time logging in to Docebo, finding that user, opening their profile, and discovering that actually, the user is expired.It would be a much cleaner UX if the error message showed that they cannot log in because their access has expired, instead of implying their credentials are incorrect. It would save several minutes of faffing around on the end user’s part, and also save time for the super-admin, if the error message was more accurate. 

Does anyone know if the Observation Checklists are available through the mobile app? It looks like that functionality is not available, but I'm not 100% sure I have done everything right either….

This is my first post in the community, new here, if I’ve posted in the wrong section or something please let me know. Today at 11am EDT we started getting reports from our users that they were getting a message ‘Portal not found.’ when attempting to launch a course.  I confirmed that this was not a user or network issue by testing on multiple computers with different users and on my personal computer off the company network.  We are new to using Docebo and only have two courses that users can take at this point, both are from the same provider.  When I google ‘docebo “Portal not found”’ there are no results.  StepsLogin Click on course White background shows up then after 10 seconds or so we get ‘Portal not found’ and it stops trying to load It seems like it may be timing out when attempting to load the course.  Any idea what this might be about or

I am trying to use Observation Checklists. I setup the following scenarios and cannot get them to show up in the task widget.User completes checklist: Added the checklist to a course and assigned the course to the user.  User completes checklist: Assign the checklist to the user upon completing a differnent course.  Manager completes checklist: Assigned checklists, with both scenarios below. This time the manager has to validate. Is all cases when I went to the task widget (inpersonating both the user and the manager) there were no checklists to complete. Is there a trick to this that I missed? 

Hi all, I was wondering whether anyone had managed to put ILT Additional fields onto a certificate at all? We have set up additional fields to capture extra details of sessions such as type and registration number of the instructors etc, and we want this detail to be on the certificate but it only seems to give you options for full course additional Fields. Does anyone know of a way around this at all? or maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Hi all.I’m having a weird issue, not sure if it’s a glitch or what but it sure is driving me bonkers.I created an English-language test several weeks back, & i had to export it as a GIFT file to have it translated. Now I’ve shared the German version & I got some notes about required edits. Trouble is, there’s no ‘Save’ button anywhere on the Association Question page. I have a Back button at the top, & Add & Next on the bottom right, but I can’t save it. So any changes I make cannot be saved. I even tried recreating the question but I get the same thing - I cannot save it, so the question disappears as soon as I go back.Is this some kind of glitch I need a ticket for or am I missing something totally obvious?(I’ve attached a screenshot of the missing buttons)

We have a number of compliance trainings where users are allowed 2 attempts at a course with quiz in the SCORM file. Managers (not in the Docebo) need to see who has failed to have a chat about the status before resetting enrollment. It seems that Docebo uses “In Progress” as the status for a failed user. Is there any way to create a report detailing users who have a failed attempt at certification? From a user point of view, it’s impossible to tell which courses are locked for max. number of attempts. Anyone have any experience with this?

What is the report field I will need to add to reports that shows that an individual course that someone is enrolled in is inside a learning plan?

Is there any way to set up my global search on the platform? I am loading skills into the platform and would love for my employees to be able to search for these. Right now I find the global search tends to confuse a lot of my employees more than help. Any suggestions for this are appreciated! 

Hi all,Just wondering if anyone knows whether the video duration is automatically displayed in the new course player. We’ve been adding this manually to the short description field as shown in the screenshot below. I’d like to know if this is necessary for the new course player. 

We have learning plans set up for each line of business, some have several.My question is when a user changes departments is there any way we can remove the user from all associated learning plans rather than one at a time?

I have a cohort course that runs for months. Every 2 months, we start a new “section” of the course. I have each week’s content set up as a course. I have the overall program of content set up as a learning plan. I turn on the content for the learners a couple weeks before it goes live so they can see what’s coming. I’d like to have a visual divider/gate I could put in the learning plan to show where the section breaks are. I realize I could have done each section as a course and make each week a folder in that course, but they have a lot of resources, discussions, and ILT sessions, so I wanted the streamline of a course per week.  How can I better visually arrange this content?

Hey all! We’ve been testing the new course UI as time permits. We’ve found some super exciting things as well as a few issues. With the amount of change that this brings for learners, I would love to have a detailed project plan outlining all the things that need testing (i.e., various course settings and configurations, training materials) and how each of them display / perform in the old UI v. the new UI. I would also like to create a comms plan. Does anyone have a project plan and/or comms plan, even its a draft?

Has anyone experienced an issue at the end of a course in the new course player with there being no options to get out of the course?We have found that our courses that were built in Storyline and had a built in Exit Course button tell us we’ve completed the course, but then only gives us a screen with an “x” in the top right corner and a Back to the Lesson (neither of which work). The top right “x” works until we click the Exit Course button we’ve built in. But once we click the Exit Course button, the “x” does nothing. This is the screen we get stuck on. Neither the “x” or “Back to the Lesson” do anything. We can and have edited courses we’ve built to get rid of the Exit Course option, so the top right “x” then works fine. Is there a way to remove the player controls from SCORM files so they can not fast forward through the video? When we upload a video, we have the possibility of selecting “Learners can only move backwards” to ensure they watch the entire video.Is there a method of doing this with SCORM files? Thanks! 

When you create a notification for Connect users, do you also create them in Connect domain? We have a Connect learner whom we enrolled from Connect domain, but the notification was created in Internal domain, received an enrollment link intended for Internal users. We did not have this issue in the past, is this something new, has there be an update, or maybe it’s the first time someone has flagged this concern to us?
