We are looking to send notifications via Slack.
I read the KB article here: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020127499-Docebo-for-Slack
There it states:
When a user is created from the Slack integration, the Docebo username field is populated with the name value of the Slack user information. If you are provisioning users with a Single Sign-On system besides integrating with Slack, make sure that the provisioned usernames correspond to the ones created with Slack, otherwise, the same user will be created twice, with two different usernames.
Well unfortunately the usernames we use in Docebo are a different format to those used in Slack.
Does anyone have some experience with this?
So does that mean integration is not possible? Is there no work around or way of achieving it? It seems quite limited if that is the case.
