We opened a ticket and were told that the developers were working on it and it was a known issue.

 

However, I don’t see anything in the community or notifications. Is everyone else dealing with this same problem? Have you found any workarounds that can be shared?

 

Issue: Data lake is not refreshing. Most recent data is from Thursday, August 3. Impacts all reports (auto, SFTP automations, manual jobs).

Testing now but it does seem like Aug 3 was the last refresh.

Our last update was Aug 7… in my experience data lake issues are often not global.


agree, just checked one of sites in the US and they are OK


Hi guys,

Are you still having the issue (for those that are in the same boat as us)? It’s now 8/15 and no reporting or resolution still. We’ve been following up daily.


we have seen ours update but support says they are still testing and have not yet resolved the issue
