I have searched throughout DC and see that there are several posts regarding Learning Plans as prerequisites.  Hoping to find some updates re this issue.

essentially, I want LPa (5 short courses) to be completed during induction process which then opens LPb.

LPb has several courses (order of completion is not relevant) which has a time frame of 2 weeks upon first date of LMS access (day of induction).  If users do not complete all courses within LPb what are the wider ramifications; are the courses archived and re enrolled (too much admin for all this to occur).  A

LPc is released open after LPb is completed and the user has six months (start date from first date of LMS access which is induction day one) to complete.  This marks the end of probation period where LPc completed status is reported to HR as user being compliant.

Issues I am thinking are around validity times and users not completing in due time.
