I’m using the Shape trial to see if it’s worth buying to go with our LMS. So far I can’t upload a YouTube video to it to create a Shape project.
I have ensured that the transcript is showing and I’ve copied a link from a publicly available YouTube video.
I must be missing something very obvious.
We could not get it to upload as well. We ended up inserting a link to the video and it opening in another window to be viewed.
