One of our customers requires our certificates for course completion be signed, is it possible to prompt an employee to sign their certificate associated with a specific course in the system?

Hi @simone.yaghi

Do the users need to sign the actual certificate, or does the customer just want them to sign something to confirm that they have completed the course? If it's the latter, the e-signature app might be an option.

Not to my knowledge...you can add a certificate serial number thought if that helps…

Maybe you can add some kind of acknowledgement in your courses that a user must complete to confirm  that once the course is completed, they agree to download and sign the certificate??

good one @Daniel forget about that app...I have it enabled in our sandbox and it works well but there are many steps to getting a user to sigh off.
