Enhancement Suggestion: Subfolders for Learning Plans and Handling of Expired Courses

Dear Docebo Team,

I hope this message finds you well. As we continue to streamline our learning management system, I’ve identified a couple of enhancements that could significantly improve our course organization and user experience within Docebo.

  1. Subfolders for Learning Plans: Introducing subfolders within learning plans would be incredibly beneficial. It would allow us to categorize courses more effectively, making it easier for admins to navigate through different categories or themes. This feature would help us maintain a more organized and user-friendly course structure, especially as our library of learning materials continues to expand.

  2. Handling Expired Courses (Learning Plans): To enhance the learner experience, it would be useful to have a feature that automatically hides or marks learning plans as inactive once they’ve expired. This would prevent any confusion or frustration for users who might otherwise attempt to access content that is no longer available. Additionally, having an archive or hidden status for expired learning plans would keep the course catalog clean and relevant, ensuring learners are always seeing up-to-date offerings.

These features would greatly contribute to both the efficiency of our course management process and the overall user experience for our learners.

Thank you for considering these suggestions. I’m happy to discuss further if needed.

Best regards,
