Updating an additional field automatically

HI @ncassella don’t think you can do this using simple Docebo functionality...you would need to use something like an API or connector of some sort from an external source that would feed your additional fields. We have an HR connector that uses that data to update these fields so if you wanted to have a field updated based on something that occurs inside Docebo, like a course completion, you would need a database table that can interpret the change and send back a new value to the additional field via an API or connector…

Alternatively, if the above does not work for you, you could do this manually with the import function. I’ve used this to do 1 field updates to many users at once and it works very well.
