Does anyone know of a validation services vendor with experience validating Docebo for electronic signatures and control of quality records? Thanks!
No, I do not, but would love to hear about them if they exist. We are in the process of onboarding our Quality and regulated groups to Docebo and I am finding it to be a lot of hard work.
Our implementation consultant is trying, but their questions are clearly beyond the scope of his expertise.
My account manager did say that they were in the process of developing test scripts that could be used for validation - I need to follow up on that.
