I was just wondering if anyone has any experience conducting a market survey for their e-learning site. We're planning to offer free access to our site for two weeks, after which we'll ask people to give us some feedback on the site. I've been tasked with coming up with some questions for the survey, so if anyone has any suggestions for good questions, I'd love to hear them. Ultimately, the aim of the free trial and survey is to increase subscriptions, but I'd also like to get feedback on what we need to do to increase subscriptions, and hopefully gather some data that will convince our management to put more resources into the site.
