Question

Scorm files still marked as complete even when the course has been reset

Hi i wonder if anyone could help me.

We have reset a learning plan certification as it was about to expire.

When we access courses with SCORM files, they initially display as 'not started.' However, when you click on the SCORM file to load the training, it shows as complete with the completion score from the last time it was completed.

Has anyone come across this and know how to reset the Scorm file?

Thanks :)

Hi @Jade.TalbottSmith -

If I am understanding your question correctly, I believe that you have to reset progress at two different points at the course level as opposed to the learning plan:

1. Go into the Reports section of the course, select a learner, then select the X for the specific training material. (https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020126719-Resetting-the-completion-of-training-material) I don't believe there is a way to do this in bulk format, but wiser folks may know a trick for that.

2. [for changing the status of the entire course] Go to the Enrollments section of the course, locate and select the ellipses to the right of the appropriate learner, select Change status, and then select Enrolled. You can select all learners enrolled in the course by checking the box next to Username, and then selecting Change status from the Choose Action button at the bottom of the screen.

I hope this helps.
