Adding Footers

Looking into adding footers to the bottom of the Docebo screen, however, after I select Save Changes in the White Label section nothing on the page changes lol. Any idea why this is happening? I have refreshed the screen, closed the page, etc.

Note that the footer doesn't  appear on all pages...check your homepage...I know it appears there...

do you use sub domains? it’s hard to say without seeing your set-up...we use them and have never had any issues...

Where would sub domains be located? Are sub domains the same as secondary?

sub domains = Extended enterprise…

I wonder if you uncheck the “Naming” box if that would help...almost feels like it may be conflicting with your footer…?? have you tried that?

If all else fails, I would recommend you open a ticket with support.

Is it possible that someone used CSS to add the 2020 copyright message? That would explain why its not changing and its alignment is different. I’d go to Configure Branding & Look and search for 2020 in the Custom Style CSS

Somewhat similar to what @rich.schmick suggested - it’s always possible that the text is styled to be the same color as your footer, i.e, white text on a white background. Try selecting the text in the footer. If you can select it then bingo :) You’ll need to correct the css that is overriding the footer text.

Do you have multiple pages set up? Maybe your assigned home page isn’t the page you’re changing. Do you see the footer in the preview?
