Welcome to the Learning Leaders Career Board!

This post explains the purpose within this discussion category.

What is this category about?

At Docebo, we've noticed a growing trend: people are sharing job opportunities on LinkedIn and in one-on-one conversations with their networks. To help meet the need for a more collaborative, one-to-many platform, we’ve evolved this dedicated space in our community. Our goal is to enable training practitioners and learning leaders in the field to better communicate, share opportunities, and foster meaningful connections within this profession.

What can I do here?

This category is your go-to resource to search and post impactful careers that shape the future of learning. If you are looking for a new opportunity or are in search to fill an open role, this is where you can browse and post career opportunities in learning, development, and training across various industries

Is there a specific format to follow when posting a new opportunity?

Yes! Please use the below template as when posting a new opportunity and do not share email address and/or phone numbers:

Post Title: (e.g., "Learning Experience Designer")
Organization: (e.g., "Company Name")
Date Posted: (e.g., "January 21, 2025")
Location: (e.g., "Remote" or "City, State")
Link to Requisition/Application: (e.g., "www.companycareers.com/jobID")
Job Summary: (Optional - a brief 1-2 sentence description of the role)

What do I do if the role I posted is no longer open to applications?

We ask members to update their posts to indicate when a role has been filled or is no longer available. To maintain a clean and active job board, Docebo will review and archive older posts at the end of each quarter. This helps ensure the board remains up-to-date and relevant for everyone.

Important Details:

  • Please adhere to the community guidelines and do not share email addresses or phone numbers.
  • All posts in this category are publicly available and considered open.
  • If the position has been filled or the post has expired, please reply to the post letting everyone know applications are no longer being accepted. We’ll update the title of the post with [Closed].
  • External links may get caught in our spam filters and, therefore, require moderator approval. Approvals are completed within 24-48 hours.

Happy searching and posting! :mag_right:

Hi Erin

Is there a way to filter these posts by country or create a naming convention that includes country ?

Hey @Stephen.Barton, feel free to put the country in the title and/or as a tag!

Is there an approval process for posting a job?  I posted one, but I have yet to see it show up on the job board.

Apologies for the delay @agilleland. There isn’t an approval process but depending on the post length and type of link, there’s a chance it can get caught in our spam check and need to be reviewed. Looks like this was the case for your post. I’ve sent you a direct message so we can get your post published asap. Thanks!
