I just read that….Meta said it was scrapping its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts due to a "shifting legal and policy landscape"….which invariably has an impact in our domains as other big companies get on board with this.
I have survived waves of change by staying closer to the compliance and onboarding sides of training and learning. But I believe that we should hold onto our hats for the next few. Waves are going to get choppy and rougher to ride out.
