We launched OCL for certification renewals and online training materials over the last 18 months. Now one team would like to add content to an existing OCL. If we add the content, will this change completion status to anyone who completed the OCL previously? (as with adding courses to LP and they no longer are “complete)
Yes their completion status should change….because they get automatically enrolled in the newly added content, which lowers their previously achieved 100% completion rate down to a new percentage
