I found an external training course assigned to a user and I’d like more information about it. I went to the audit log and am not seeing when it was entered. How would I find out when it was entered and by whom? Is it in the audit log? What would the details say for me to find it? It is really hard to search with the 90 day window limiting since it could be anytime after the date it says the user completed it.

only ways to search in Audit are using the date filters and/or user ID or operator ID. I assume you don't have the “who” did this so you can use the username in “Target ID”: field on the Advanced filters tab. You will need to go at 90 days at a time sadly. Not sure if the audit options refer to the actual training record or something else...it’s not clear…

I just tried it and it does show who created it...

I think I didn’t do enough time periods. Thanks for showing me what the event says so I know when I finally get to it. Yes, I was filtering on the Target ID to follow just that one person. Thanks,
