Is there a way to filter things OUT of a report? Example: I want to pull all e-learning courses and remove or ignore the ones from a particular list (category, code, etc). I can find lots of ways to ADD items to a report but not to filter out items that I don’t want to include. In the user screen, I can use an “is not” filter, but I can’t find that functionality in New Reports.
That’s wild! This is definitely a needed feature since we can only add up to 50 courses for instance. Additive reporting could get super complex and will break as soon as something new is added.
I posted an idea a long time ago asking that the same filter we have for users that DO include options like, “Not equal to” and “Does not contain”, etc. to ALL areas of the system but sadly cannott share since the Ideas Portal is offline til next month.

IMHO and I continue to learn about platform functions that are necessary...but it calls to just how well things we are being setup to curate. Over the years we are literally loading the platform with hundreds (if not thousands) of courses and training material. I only have had more and more complex reporting coming out of the system to support our audits. And archiving enrollments just adds a dimension to that.
These kinds of QOL enhancements are becoming critical.
I use a workaround for this by adding the courses that I require into a dummy Learning Plan and then use the Users-Courses report template to choose the LP.
