Hi

It seems some of our users have been using the Go.Learn app to access our platform. They have highlighted a few UX issues which I have fixed. I cannot find much details on the Go.Learn app so could anyone explain what the advantage of using the Go.Learn app over just using your browser on your mobile devices?

I’ve been doing some testing and it seems that some catalogs appear and others do not? Also, some seem to appear but then disappear the next time I log in.

Does anyone have good experience with the Go.Learn app who can shed some light on the advantages of using it and why the catalogs may be appearing intermittently or not at all. I’ve added some images of the catalogs showing vs not showing.

Thanks

The big advantage is native support functions, so like offline learning, notifications, etc. That being said, its lack of controls and equality in functionality, I usually end up in the browser….

Hi @Alal

I asked a similar question a while back. I think the general consensus was that there wasn’t much advantage using the app over a browser. This and other questions are discussed in detail in the thread below.

Thanks @Daniel. It seems the questions you asked (and I in this thread) were dodged on that thread. Looks like there are no advantages to using the app vs browsers on mobile devices. If anything it seems having the app will raise more questions than provide solutions.

Thanks for your responses guys. Much appreciated.
