How create a custom report on courses vs learning plans

if you're looking for a report on LP, it’;s called, Users - Learning Plans. While under the Courses - Users report, you also use the filter to select LPs.

But, I’m looking to have a single report showing the Courses - Learning Plans. I want to see where the courses are assigned to the different learning plans.

Is this even possible? If not, is there are work around it or alternative?

Oh OK...yes there is no such report. You would have to use the Course - Users report and filter it by LP. very time consuming since the repot does not include an LP column...you would need to run 1 report for each LP which is no better than just looking them up.

that said, you ;ll be happy to hear that the new Course Metadata Export function (currently in sandbox) DOES have that option...You can download ‘usage data’ which shows where a course is benign used...here;’s a quick snippet

should be in prod in a few weeks...

it’s only in sandbox right now. If you dont have a sandbox, it should be available in production soon.
