ILT session statistics reports

Hello,

I’m a super admin and new to the Docebo platform. I am trying to run custom reports for our monthly ILT session using the Sessions Statistics report type. But I noticed that once the session ends, the number of “Users Completed Session” is removed from the number of “Users Enrolled Session” - > is there a way around to keep the numbers under “Users Enrolled session” to showcase the actual event level enrollments for that month?

The attendance is automatically marked present if the attendees join the session.

Thanks for any guidance!

It sounds like you’re using the custom report “Sessions - User Statistics.”  Is that correct?

If so, although it isn’t ideal, after your report is exported you can add an additional column to do a sum of all user statuses fairly easily.

What the “Users Enrolled Session” and “Users Completed Session” fields, etc, are doing is showing you the total number of users for each enrollment status so you can’t make the system give you the other number back, but you can add a sum of all the possible user statuses in a singular column once the data is exported by taking just a few extra seconds.

you would need to use the filters on the Enrolment tab of the course...pretty sure there’s isn't much you can do to change what is displayed on the main course management page.

@trose23 Yes, exactly. Thank you for your inputs. This is exactly how we are currently measuring our ILT sessions, but just wanted to see if we can see the same in the system as well.
