I work for an FE college in the UK and we recently set up Docebo LMS in organisation - this time last year. We are using iTrent as our HRMS and we’re currently still using the Learning module within iTrent to manage our ILT sessions rather than using the LMS due to our current reporting procedures and working practices.
We’re currently reviewing our system use and internal processes and procedures with regard to ILTs and looking at whether it would be more beneficial to use the LMS for ILT sessions as well as e-learning.
I wondered if there was anyone else using both of these systems that could share their experience?
