Mobile access forcing to use app

Hi everyone,

Can anyone help me with this?  I am getting widespread reports today that if a person accesses the LMS through a mobile phone browser (I’m using iOS) when I log into my LMS account it is asking if I want to use the GoLearn app.  We haven’t been using this so I usually click NOT NOW, but it’s greyed out.  Can anyone help on how to get past this? Am I missing something?

Just tried it and I see what you are saying...the “not now” option is greyed out so not clickable...I would suggest yo ask support about this. No way to get past that screen unless you download the app.

Hi!

Docebo are now aware and they are working on a fix - they have advised that the SLA for this is 8th January 2025 or earlier.  I have asked if there is a workaround and there isn’t at present, it will be a fix that is needed by their team.
