Hello! 👋

We commonly hear feedback from users that they lose sight of when training is due. We implemented the “My Tasks” widget on the main landing page, but the tabs in that widget don’t display expiration dates (even on the deadlines tab). Is there a setting to enable this that I’m overlooking?

Assuming that I’m not overlooking something, whats your process for giving users a snapshot of upcoming deadlines from their main landing page? Are you using My Calendar? Some other mechanism?

I’m considering creating a “button” that takes them to “My Courses and Learning Plans,” but I don’t love that they’d have to navigate off the main page to see due dates. Arguably, it’s what they care about the most when they log in.

I’m open to inspiration!

As far as I know the due date on a course only appears on the course cards and not in the task list...would be nice to have this. you might see if there is an idea out there you can vote up and if not, please create one.

There is also the new Transcript page that should show the due date

Thanks, @lrnlab. Looks like there was this idea that was closed but the Docebo team appears to be investigating and asked that duplicate ideas not be submitted. I added some context, so hopefully that helps it gain momentum.

Would encourage others to add details to the idea linked above.

@shanejacques yes it’s all very confusing…

I posted something on this but dont have many replies...not sure folks know that closed ideas can/should still be voted on. Asked Erin to post something but haven't seen anything yet.
