I already have a ticket in, but it helps to narrow things down if I know if it’s just us.

We are seeing a 403 error when users try to launch an  AICC course. These are courses that used to work. The error says Internal Access only.

The courses are configured to launch in a new tab, if that matters at all.

Anyone else seeing this?

Are these your own courses or from a content partner?  I ask because we have a ticket open about issues with AICC courses from LinkedIn Learning that load infinitely or give a 403 error.

These are from a provider, in this case OpenSesame. ​@mzirnhelt  When did you start experiencing issues?

 

@lrnlab Unlikely to be popup blockers since this is not browser specific and also occurs on mobile devices.


@lhubbard we just noticed it yesterday, but with the holidays it could have been going on for awhile without anyone seeing it.


@mzirnhelt I had users still able to take AICC content as of 11:30am Eastern Time yesterday. That’s the only solid time frame I’ve found so far.
