Hello everyone, I am glad to join this group. A huge concern that we have is the current skills are chosen by the users. This is essential if they want to improve a specific skill. But it is also crucial, as a manager to be able to assign skills to the learners, based on the job role.

Thx for this feedback we’re aware about this and are working on it.
In the meantime the manager can suggest skills.
Is there any thought to better organize My Skills page? Right now, users have to use the filters to select a skill they want to focus on, otherwise they are presented a page full of content with no way to know which skill the content is related to. Perhaps separating the content into rows that align with a skill or labels on the course tiles that identify the skill associated with that course can help? In our experience, the filters aren’t used much and require extra effort. Being able to identify the content associated with a skill quickly, at a glance, would be great.

- What are the skills that I can improve by completing this content.
