Hello!

I am looking for a work around to report on users past due. My goal is to schedule a report that reports on users past due in a learning plan - showing what course within the learning plan they are past due. Per the help desk this is not possible as is, but I can schedule a normal report and sort by enrollment date. Does anyone have any recommendations on reporting on users that are past due, or the best report to use to show general progress of a course or learning plan?

Thanks!

Hi! @natemadel saw this question and provided an answer that I wanted to pass along to you!

He says the best way to achieve this is to use a “Users - Course Enrollment Time” report type, within the new reports area. This report is essentially designed to highlight the number of days disparity between when a user should have completed a course, and when they did (or, if they haven’t yet). When creating the report, you can make a course selection in the “Filters” tab. When selecting courses, you can also select a learning plan, and the system will then run the report on the courses inside that learning plan. So for your case, if you select the learning plan in question, records returned will include the number of days left, or number of days past due, for the users in these courses. I think it will work nicely for you!

Hope this helps!

HI @simone.yaghi just tried this report and it does show a due date and ‘days left’...the column headers will need a but of getting used to in terms of the vernacular but i think this will work well.

Hi can some explain to me the, is -85 meaning overdue by 85 days or, is it the positive number that reflects that?

Thanks in advance!

I read it as over due when the number is negative.

nd the inability to report on overdue statuses very frustrating. Soft deadlines do not work for us, and course validity is not suitable as it prevents access to the course. As a compliance-driven business, we need to report on overdue statuses. I assumed this would be a standard feature in reporting, but it seems I was mistaken
