When is the Planned Maintenance scheduled to take place on the platform?
Docebo is planning maintenance to Docebo Learn Sandbox platforms starting on August 22, 2023, as part of the upgrade of our RDS MySQL database servers from MySQL 5.7 to 8.0. This upgrade is taking place in order to take advantage of the latest security, stability and performance improvements.
During the below timeframes, this may result in up to 10 minutes of downtime for your Learn sandbox platform:
- US sandbox platforms: August 22nd 9:00 AM CEST - 13:00 CEST
- Ireland / Canada / Australia sandbox platforms: August 23rd 9:00 AM CEST - 13:00 CEST
- Frankfurt / London sandbox platforms: August 24th 9:00 AM CEST - 13:00 CEST
Will this affect any functionality of the platform?
The maintenance window could affect any functionality of the sandbox platform. During the maintenance window, you may experience up to ten minutes of downtime where you may be unable to login, take courses, or configure the platform.
