I am looking to see if Docebo provides a report that gives me item level information. I am looking for the responses to each question on a test by user with the goal of performing a reliability analysis. Does Docebo allow you to see this information?

Yes the native Docebo tests provide great reporting...once you have data, you find the tests and answers from each user under the Training Statistics tab under Reports on the course.
