In our onboarding program, we have new hires read a number of articles in our help center after an ILT session. I’m currently using observation checklists to show completion of these tasks. Is there a way to insert a link to the checklist item so they can click on it to go directly to the help center article? If not, is there another solution to show they have completed the task, but with a link that takes the directly to the article?
+8Not sure you can link to something specific in the checklists...Have you tried adding the link to the article to the ILT session itself using widgets? or you can add it as training material; perhaps with an acknowledgement so they can sell confirm they have read; and this can mark the course as completed...Also if you have Coach & Share, you could also explore using Channels for this but there isn't much in the way of tracking for channels...
