Hi all,

I was wondering if there is any option to customise look & feel on a branch level, specifically I’m interested in customising colour scheme or/and header.

Have you ever tried doing this? Is there any way of custimising it?

I can’t find any useful articles on Docebo Help website.

Thank you in advance for any tips.

Thanks,

Cezary

Yes, this is an option I use regularly, but I have to mention that all of our branches fall under our global branding, but we have different home pages/layouts for different branches.

With custom CSS (definitely not an expert on that), you can provide different colour schemes as needed.

You can also leverage Extended Enterprise. This additional feature allows you to set up different branding for a branch for sure - in our case, we don’t do that, but it’s an option.

We use Extended Enterprise portals to allow us to have a separate look and feel for our sister organizations, so that everyone sees the corporate branding they expect.

If you are OK with the same branding and site colours across the site, you can control pages and menus with branches and/groups + user level. Keep in mind that when using only branches to control menu/page access, the position of the menu on the admin side can also become a factor in making sure the user sees the proper menu. When you test, make sure you take into account whether the same criteria could be applied to other users and if the suer is not seeing the correct menu, you made need to re-order the menu on the admin side. Docebo works from the top down so whatever criteria fits the user first is what is applied.
