I am trying to work with channels and I do not see a Follow button as described in the knowledge articles. Does anyone know why it would not be visible?

+8it appears on the right of the channel title…
If you also want to enable notifications to alert any user following the channel that new content has been added, you will need to enable the notification for that option to appear for users...
Hello Irnlab and thank you for the response. I did see that there should be a follow button on the right hand side but it is not available in my environment. I read the article you attached but it does not say if there is a setting that needs to be turned on to allow that button.
If you have any other insight that would be great.

+8do you have Docebo Coach & Share add-on?
there is no setting to turn on/off...it just appears
+8good idea...cant recall if they needed to enable something but am thinking not...
