Background:
A learning plan is attached to a subscription bundle with a set price.
Any user who purchased the subscription will have full access to the courses in the learning plan.
Some users have the option to purchase individual courses in the same learning plan.
Behavior:
When adding a new course to the learning plan attached to the subscription, the user who previously purchased the subscription will now see the full price of the learning plan again and will not have access to their courses.
