Hi, we’ve recently set up automated calendar invites to go out to people who sign up to courses.

However it comes up with a line talking about if it’s a virtual link click here but most of our workshops are face to face and this is causing a lot of confusion with people not turning up as they thought they could join on Teams. 

I’m not sure how to change this from coming up on the automated invites, any help would be great. 

I’ve uploaded a photo so you know what I’m talking about.

This would need to be completed by going to Admin Menu > Notifications > and then identifying the notification where this is occurring and modifying it. 

My best guess would be this particular on is an enrollment event notification such as User enrolled in ILT session or User enrolled in a course. Additionally, I would also modify the ILT event starting notifications as well to display with information about virtual versus in-person, this could be sent 24 hours prior and tell users how to see this in the platform.

If the course is only in-person, you could make a new notification only for that course with the specific directions you want to communicate to the users.
