Have any users experienced issues with enrolment notifications not being sent this week?
I built 6 new courses over Wednesday and Thursday and only 4 courses issued automated enrolment notifications to enrolees. On the 2 courses without enrolment notifications, I dis-enrolled myself on one course and received a dis-enrolment notification. I subsequently re-enrolled and still no enrolment notification. I repeated this process on the 2nd course and received neither an automated enrolment or dis-enrolment notification.
My colleague repeated this process on one of the ‘faulty’ courses. She first dis-enrolled enrolees, then re-enrolled. Duplicate enrolment notifications were then automatically sent for this course.
The correct RSVP enrolment conditions have been applied to all 6 courses so the issue doesn’t lie in the courses themselves.
Before logging a support request, has anyone else had any similar issues this week also? Any solution/explanation would be appreciated.
