Groups Changing without admin involvement

Has anyone had any of their groups suddenly change? Several of our groups have had mass deletions of users and it is logged in our audit trail, but the operation was performed by an unknown user.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I haven’t noticed this happening in our platform. As a suggestion, take a look at some of the groups that were impacted for any changes to the criteria that would cause the mass deletion. There is a history tab that will show any recent changes. Also depending on the criteria that is setup for a group, if a set of users no longer meet the criteria, they will be removed. If there were some large changes to users enrollments, additional fields, dates, etc this could explain the mass deletions. Again all based on what criteria you have setup in those groups. If you haven’t uncovered any logical reason why they were removed, I would suggest submitting a ticket for further investigation into the matter.

If the group was modified, you should see it on the bottom left (in the footer).

Also, when you say an unknown user...did your audit trail provide an ID for that user? You can trace this back if you export the users including that field.
