So weird - has anyone run into not being able to access your private messages in the community?.

JK, mine is behaving the same way. 

Yeah, I cannot even open my profile unless I right-click → copy link location → paste in address bar...

It was a bit slow this morning but I have been able to access my profile and private messages since.

@erin.brisson? A little help please??? I have people sending me private messages...i cant get into them.

This is very strange! I can’t open my profile either, and have to do the same thing as what @gstager did. Looking into this now. Stay tuned!!

Just heard that that the engineering team of the platform (inSided) is currently investigating why this is happening. Hopefully it’s a quick fix 

As a side note… @dklinger  - I can access my private messages by clicking on the link in the email notification.

@gstager gets the best answer for the workaround….

Looks like it’s all fixed now. Please let me know if any of you are still experiencing this issue.

I can confirm it is working fine for me now.
