We need a notification for managers that summarize (digests) ALL direct reports who have not completed a particular course into one email. Sending this in separate emails for each user is not ideal. We receive multiple complaints from managers about receiving individual emails for each direct report that hasn’t completed a course.

Did you solve this? The notification under courses called: Digest: learner has yet to complete a course (administrator only) sends 1 email to the manager, and let’s you pick the course titles you want included. It can be sent manually or on a schedule.
I found the title ‘administrator only’ confusing. However, you can send it to managers. I also found it confusing thinking that the manager had to be part of the ‘trigger filter’ group - but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I just ran a test and my manager test account was not part of the ‘group’ used for the trigger filter. I’m going to keep testing though.
