Tests questions

Hello,

I am new to this community and to Docebo. I have two questions regarding tests, so I hope it is Ok to ask them both on the same post. I created a test and provided the correct and wrong answers. When I review the test the last option in every question is “You haven’t added any answer yet” What is this, why is there and how do I get rid of it?

The second question is, can I configure test questions in a way that a user cannot move forward until that get the correct answer? If yes, how do I do that?

For the first I think you pressed plus too many times for too many answers.

For the second you may need a tool like Adobe captivate or articulate rise. Hypothetically for your very narrow use case jotform might work too.

Hi, when I go to edit the test, I only see the wrong and correct answer, I do not see the “You haven’t added any answer yet” so how can I erase it?

The top one cuts off. If you scroll down is “no answer” a choice?

No, it does not show up there at all.

Sounds very strange!  Have you tried creating another test and seeing if it does the same?

I’ve just tried to replicate it and I can’t.

@zivran250 - good evening as indicated by @lrodman - a tool like Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline can support a knowledge check of sorts - where you would have pretty much complete control if a person could move forward until they answer a question correctly. You then would be importing a training material into a course as a SCORM file.

There are other tools that also can support that - that are freebies out there that can be used to author along those lines and other cloud based authoring platforms that do it nicely as well.

Hello.

We had a meeting today with our amazing Senior Solution Deployment Manager @amber.allen and she figured it out. The no answer option is under Advances learning - E- learning - options. Here is the article from the knowledge base: Managing the Platform Advanced Settings – Docebo Help & Support

Well - who knew?  I wouldn’t have thought to look there to be honest!

Thanks for posting the resolution - every day is a school day!
