Unenroll Team

I’m relatively new to Docebo and wondering if Managers have the ability to unenroll their Team Members from courses? We had a Manager accidentally assign the wrong training to a Team Member, but they were unable to unenroll them and it had to be completed by a Superadmin. This was a function we had with our previous LMS and was used regularly by our Managers.

The short answer is that is all based on the roles assigned to the manager. If you can post a screenshot it would help determine what they can and can’t do and why it isn’t working the way you want it to.

@Amie  If I am not mistaken, managers can enroll their team to courses and learning plans but thats it.  They aren’t a permissioned admin.  Unenrolling would need to be done by either power user or superadmin.  The PU Security profile just needs to be tweaked to allow for the unenroll action.  It is not limited to a Superadmin unless you have made a decision to limit that function to Superadmins.

@Jtischler gets the gold star. It is a one way deal.

This is what my menu looks like for a person on my team.

No Unenroll 😶

If the course allows for unenrollment, users can usually unenroll themselves. But that doesnt solve for the inability for a manager to unenroll.

For now it is a call to your group or a poweruser with enrollment rights.

Sorry to bring along the bad news.

Appreciate your expertise. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something. Our Managers are not PU so I will continue to manage this as a SuperAdmin.
