we are using “Docebo Pro - Study Tracker” to prepare us for the certification exam but we have doubts about the meaning of some questions.
For example, in the Content Management section, there is a question that seem vague to us:
Explain when you should edit courses and when you should create a new course shell
And there is another question that is not clear to us in the Administration & Setup section:
Know what’s required to configure Slack and email notifications
Could anyone help us, please?

I too just ran across your first question. I would say that editing courses is best when you need to keep an ongoing record of things. For example, our New Hire Onboarding course keeps getting things added to and tweaked a bit, but it tracks all employees.
I would say that creating a new course shell would be beneficial to capture discrete cohorts of learners. For example, the Harassment Prevention course taken in the onboarding course described above must be retaken every other year. For that I create yearly cohort groups and enroll people to those instead of archiving and reenrolling from the main course.

I also wasn’t sure about question in the study tracker. I think it relates to Docebo Connect since that’s where the Slack integration can be configured.
