Renewal for Docebo Pro Learn Admin Certification?

Almost a year ago, in April 2024 I earned my Docebo Pro Learn Admin certification! 🎉

I wanted to post to ask those that earned the certification in September 2023 or early 2024 if you had to undergo a renewal process.

I do not see anywhere on the certification that it will “expire”, but I do recall reading somewhere (sadly cannot remember where I saw this) that it is valid for 1 year, and that the renewal process was to be revealed as it is developed.

Would anyone happen to know more about this? Any information would be greatly appreciated! 😊

At this time there isn’t a certification maintenance process but we have plans for some exciting changes in 2025 to the certification program and with those changes will come a certification maintenance cycle as well as updates, changes and some perks to becoming a Docebo Pro.

We will be sure to provide ample communication and time ahead of these changes or any requirements to maintaining your certification.
