Can we create a new My Team Page?

Hello All

I’m having a look to see if there is a way that we can re-create a new (or edit) the My Team Page. We would like a way to be able to display the Team cards but with a clearer view on the training completed by the users.

For example:
I would like to create a page where I can see at a glance if my team have completed their Compliance training. I would therefore like the cards for each of my team to just be looking at their mandatory/Compliance training and not just anything they have been assigned. If I then select on the Over Due Courses, it will then show me which courses that user has not yet completed within those compliance courses they have been assigned.

Has anyone built something similar to this that they could share with me?

Agree, it would be nice to edit the “employee card” to remove “expired certifications”. Controlling what an be added (or visible) in that widget would be awesome!

I don’t think we have the ability to edit that page, since it is a Docebo controlled page (kind of like the My Activities page). 

The only thing that we have built was for the end user only, but it was a page that lists all of their “not started” and “in progress” courses that they have taken, but managers do not have visibility into it.  (Managers potentially could if they all had power user access and were able to log in as their direct reports, but that is a lot of administration).

I definitely agree that we should have a little more control over what is seen on My Team.  Having the manager be navigated to the user’s full training activities page when they want to see overdue courses is not helpful. Especially if the user has a lot of training on their record.

I too have heard that managers will be getting a manager “Insights” dashboard as well.

You can reach out to a third party that often works with Docebo to help create something like this. We are working with GuyKat to create a custom dashboard right now to view a snapshot of learner progress. It’s much quicker than having to dig into each individual learner on My Team. Bluewater also has a great manager dashboard that I’ve used at another company.
