Skill Management and Visibility

Hello, Having some trouble with skills and hoping the community can help. We have a test user that has skills they’ve set levels and target levels. When the user clicks “My Skills” from the user menu, the only learning content that shows up are courses they’re already enrolled in. We have skills tagged in course content and we thought users would be able to see suggested content based on what’s available in the platforms. The skills are linked to the AI Based Channel “My Skills” and “My Skills” is visible to all branches and groups. Also, I’m trying to figure out why managers don’t have access to something I saw in Docebo U. They have a note to management under My Team that says “skill targets” available. And Docebo U shows this and I cannot find this page in any of our manager “My Team” sections:

Priorities and next steps

Good morning everyone, Thank you for your interest and participation in this group. We’ve analyzed the survey responses and will share the next steps with you. The top priority identified is “Job Management”, the ability to assign jobs and related skills to learners, enabling a learning experience that prioritizes skill gaps. Secondly, our focus will shift to the “ Admin Dashboard” , introducing new features and dashboards that allow admins to have an overview of the status of everything related to skills within the LMS. Lastly, we are evaluating the possibility of customizing skill proficiency levels, a highly requested feature from many of you. We’ve already started conducting interviews with some of you, which will continue in the coming months, to delve deeper into these topics. Stay tuned!

Job Management

Hi everyone, As many of you highlighted in our recent survey, Job Management is a top priority. We're excited to provide more details on this upcoming feature. Admins can create a customized list of job roles, choosing whether to disable Docebo's suggested jobs. They can assign the most relevant skills to each job role. With this job-skills relationship established, admins can assign job roles to learners. Learners will have a comprehensive profile showcasing of their assigned job role and related skills, centrally managed by admins. The Skill Dashboard will be enhanced with new information, graphs, and sections, allowing learners and managers to track their skill development journey more effectively including the skills gaps. We’d also like to improve the skills-based learning recommendations, providing tailored and more comprehensive suggestions based on skill gaps identified within the learner's job role. A new dedicated page refreshed design will enhance this experience. Admins wil

Customizable skills proficiency levels

Hi everyone, As highlighted in our previous survey, some of you need to modify your skills proficiency levels to better suit your individual requirements (e.g., integrations with other systems, custom level scales...). Currently, Docebo offers a 4-level scale (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert), which is not customizable. So, we have created this survey to better understand your specific needs.
