Anyone know of an AI agent/chatbot that you can iframe into an elearning course?

The concept is instead of using a scenario builder (a common enough content block type in tools like Rise and Easy Generator)? To teach a chatbot to support certain scenarios in a natural language type of way.

For example - lets say we make a course on delegating tasks for managers. Instead of doing role playing like activities with the scenario builder? The idea is to tune up the chatbot to respond to a person after it knows its role in the story (maybe in one case it is the micromanaging supervisor, in another scenario  it is the person that deflects tasks).
