Does Docebo allow organizations/companies that they partner with to schedule time for a live virtual high level overview of the platform for training purposes?

I have a group of approximately 15-20 individuals who will be new Power Users within my organization who need to be trained on how to use the platform (creating and managing courses/learning plans, running reports, view a user personal summary, deactivate users, enroll learners into courses/learning plans, how to set up notifications, etc.). They have expressed that they all won’t have time to go through an extensive Docebo University experience or set aside time to watch multiple videos. Was hoping that this is a service that Docebo offers as a part of their payment plans if requested by the organization.

I appreciate any help/clarity you can provide!

@Sher That’s a question best offered to your Account Manager. As a rule, I don’t believe that it is a service on offer.

If persons don’t have time for Docebo University, an alternative is for the System Administrators to train/coach the PU in the platform. The additional advantage with this approach is that the System Administrator understands the processes, procedures, policies, etc. (aka the context) of your organization whereas a Docebo “trainer” would not.

In my opinion, Docebo University is the best place to have them learn at their own pace. I am guessing that this is basically why DU exists - to train admins of the system and not have to offer in person trainings (maybe).

Here is something to think about. We have cultivated a list of courses for potential Power Users to focus on so they are directed in their learning. We require 17 courses in DU (about 6-7 hours of training) and then they must take a test that we set up in our system to prove they understand what they need to do. Of course, we tell the users they can take any courses they want in addition to the 17, but that’s up to them.

We also offer support throughout their learning journey either via tickets, email and/or meetings we set up as needed. We have what we call ‘Interest Group Meetings’ where all PUs can join the call to learn from each other and ask questions...these are 5 times a year scheduled in advance and we add on meetings as needed. Like I added on a meeting to talk about the new course layout that went live for everyone this month.

Hope this helps.
